Visit the help centerDo I need a finished product to start?
No. Start with a draft and build at your own pace. Save changes as you work, then complete the launch checklist before publishing. Uploading a file and saving the product are separate steps.
Which product format should I choose?
Can I share something for free?
Yes. Courses, downloads, and sessions support free pricing. Courses and downloads also support fixed pricing or pay what you want; sessions support a fixed price or free access. See pricing for the current platform fee on paid purchases.
Where will people find my products?
Share your Vouch storefront, product, or community link with your own audience. Vouch handles the product pages, checkout, and access; sellers bring their own customers.
Where do buyers find their purchases?
Sign in with the account associated with your purchase and open the buyer dashboard. Your purchases, course library, and bookings are available there. For a missing purchase or an access problem, contact the team with your order details.
Can I buy and sell with one account?
Yes. Switch between buyer and seller mode in account settings. Use seller mode to manage your products and buyer mode to find your purchases and continue learning.
What happens after someone books a session?
The booking appears in the dashboard. Review the date, time, and the details provided by the buyer. Include clear instructions in your product description about how and where the session will take place.
