Make time for a useful conversation.
Turn your expertise into a bookable session. Set the expectations, shape your availability, and get ready for your first booking.
Four editor stages. Start with a draft. Publish when you are ready.
Before you open the builder.
You can begin with an idea and finish later. Have these ready as you work through your draft.
- A clear session outcome and description
- Your timezone, duration, and available hours
- A landscape cover image, up to 5 MB
- A price, meeting plan, and cancellation policy
You will find it when you create a new product in your seller dashboard.
Explain the value of the session.
Help someone understand what you can work through together and what they should expect.
- In your seller dashboard, open Products and start a new product. Choose Coaching & Service, enter a title, and select Create & Open Builder.
- In Basics, describe who the session is for, what you will cover, and what the buyer can expect afterwards.
- Add relevant tags and a JPEG, PNG, WebP, or GIF cover up to 5 MB, then select Save Draft.
Focus on one clear purpose for the session. Buyers should understand what they are booking before choosing a time.
Set your schedule and session details.
Choose the times you can honour, with enough room to prepare between conversations.
- Set your host timezone, session duration, and format: 1:1 Coaching or Consultation.
- Set your buffer, advance notice, and booking window. Enable the weekdays you are available and set each day’s start and end times.
- Make at least one available range long enough for the session duration and buffer. Buyers see booking slots in their own timezone.
- Add an optional meeting or booking link, list deliverables, and write your cancellation policy. Use Add Question for intake questions, mark essential questions Required, and save your draft.
Set availability in your own timezone. Include preparation time in your buffer and advance notice so bookings fit your working day.
Choose free or fixed pricing.
Set one clear price for the session or offer it at no charge.
- In Pricing, choose Fixed price or Free. Sessions use these two pricing options.
- Select your currency. For a paid session, enter a price above zero.
- Select Save Draft so the pricing and booking settings are saved before your review.
Make the duration and deliverables clear in the description so buyers can judge the value of the session.
Review the booking setup and launch.
Check the saved details and your schedule before inviting people to book.
- Save the latest changes and select Preview Saved Version to review the session description, cover, and price.
- Open Launch. Resolve all items in the Launch Checklist, including any timezone, duration, or availability issues.
- Select Save & Publish when everything is ready. Review new bookings in your seller dashboard and use the saved meeting details to prepare.
Review availability whenever your working hours change, and save the updated booking settings.

Common questions.
How do I avoid bookings at inconvenient times?
Set your host timezone and only enable the days and time ranges you can attend. Use advance notice to allow preparation time, a buffer between sessions, and the booking window to control how far ahead people can book.
Can I ask buyers questions before the session?
Yes. In Booking, use Add Question to create intake questions. Mark questions Required when you need an answer, then save the product.
Will Vouch create a meeting link or sync my Google Calendar?
Vouch creates a private video room automatically after payment confirmation. You and your buyer join through Vouch without connecting a Google account. Use Add to calendar to save the booking in your calendar. Keep your Vouch availability up to date; external calendars are not automatically synced.
