Make your next download worth opening.
A guide, a template, or a bundle of resources. Learn how to upload your files and turn them into a product people can use.
Four editor stages. Start with a draft. Publish when you are ready.
Before you open the builder.
You can begin with an idea and finish later. Have these ready as you work through your draft.
- Your finished files, up to 50 MB each
- A clear list of what the buyer receives
- A landscape cover image, up to 5 MB
- Your price and any usage or licence terms
You will find it when you create a new product in your seller dashboard.
Introduce the resource.
Give buyers a clear picture of what is inside and how it will help them.
- In your seller dashboard, open Products and start a new product. Choose Digital Asset, enter a title, and select Create & Open Builder.
- In Basics, add your title, description, and relevant tags. Include the file formats, what is included, and any software the buyer will need.
- Upload a JPEG, PNG, WebP, or GIF cover up to 5 MB, then select Save Draft.
Be specific about the contents. “A planning template with a weekly checklist” tells buyers more than “a useful resource”.
Upload the files buyers will receive.
Attach the finished resources to the product, then save the uploaded files.
- Open Files and select Add downloadable files. You can attach multiple files, including PDFs, templates, and ZIP archives, up to 50 MB per file.
- Wait for each upload to finish. Confirm that every file appears in the list, and remove any file you do not want included.
- Set whether commercial use is allowed. Explain any further usage restrictions in the description.
- Select Save Draft after the uploads finish to attach the files to the saved product.
Uploading and saving are separate steps. Wait for the upload to complete, then save before previewing or leaving the editor.
Set the price and currency.
Choose a simple fixed price, share it for free, or let buyers decide what to pay.
- Choose Fixed price, Free, or Pay what you want in Pricing.
- Select your currency. Fixed prices must be above zero. For pay what you want, enter a minimum and a suggested price at or above that minimum.
- Select Save Draft to keep the pricing with your product.
If you choose pay what you want, the minimum is the lowest amount a buyer can pay.
Check the saved product and publish.
Review the product information and make sure the files are attached before making it available.
- Select Save Draft, then open Preview Saved Version. Check the title, cover, description, and price.
- Open Launch and resolve any missing items in the Launch Checklist. At least one downloadable file is required.
- Select Save & Publish once the checklist is clear. The saved files become available to buyers through the published product.
If the checklist says a file is missing, return to Files, wait for any upload to finish, confirm it is listed, and save again.
Ready to share it?
Use this list alongside the checks in your product editor.
- A title of at least three characters
- A description and an uploaded cover
- At least one uploaded file attached to the saved product
- Clear usage terms and valid pricing in a supported currency
- The saved preview reviewed and the launch checklist clear
Common questions.
Can one product include multiple files?
Yes. Add multiple files in the Files step. Each file must be no larger than 50 MB. Use clear filenames so buyers can identify the resources they receive.
What if an upload is interrupted?
Use Retry Upload in the editor, wait for it to finish, and confirm that the file is listed. Select Save Draft afterwards. If you leave the editor, return to Files and add any file that was not saved.
Why does the preview show my earlier changes?
Preview Saved Version displays saved product details. Complete any uploads and select Save Draft before reopening the preview.
