Four editor stages. Start with a draft. Publish when you are ready.
Jump to a step
Before you open the builder.
You can begin with an idea and finish later. Have these ready as you work through your draft.
- A clear learning outcome and course outline
- Your video, text, links, or lesson resources
- A landscape cover image, up to 5 MB
- A description, a currency, and a pricing idea
You will find it when you create a new product in your seller dashboard.
Give your course a clear introduction.
Create a draft, then help future students understand what they will learn and who the course is for.
- In your seller dashboard, open Products and start a new product. Choose Masterclass & Course, enter a title, and select Create & Open Builder.
- Add your Course Title and Description. Explain the outcome, the intended audience, and what is included.
- Upload a JPEG, PNG, WebP, or GIF cover up to 5 MB. Add relevant tags, then select Save Draft before moving on.
A specific outcome is easier to understand than a broad subject. Tell students what they will be able to do.
Build the learning journey.
Use modules to group related ideas and lessons to teach one useful thing at a time.
- Select Add Module, rename it, and use Add Lesson to create your first lesson.
- Open a lesson and choose video, text, file, or external link. Add a title and the content for that format. Video uploads support MP4, WebM, or MOV up to 2 GB; lesson resources support the listed formats up to 50 MB.
- When a lesson is ready, choose Published (Live) and select Save Lesson. A lesson left as Draft (Hidden) stays hidden from students.
- Use the drag handles to reorder modules and lessons. Save lesson edits before opening another lesson.
The course needs at least one saved, published lesson with content to launch. Publishing the course does not publish hidden lessons.
Choose how students get access.
Set a price that fits your course and the audience you want to reach.
- Choose One-Time Purchase, Free Course, or Pay What You Want.
- Select your currency. For a paid course, enter a price above zero. For pay what you want, set a minimum price and a suggested price at or above that minimum.
- Select Save Pricing before reviewing your course.
Use the pricing page to understand Vouch’s platform fee before deciding on a price.
Review it, then make it live.
Make your saved course ready for the people who will learn from it.
- Save any remaining edits and open the course preview. Review the introduction, lesson order, content, and pricing.
- Open Publish & Launch and resolve every item in the pre-launch checklist. Missing items take you back to the relevant editor step.
- Select Publish Course Now when the checklist is clear. Your published course can then appear on your storefront.
Preview shows the saved version. Save your latest changes before checking what buyers will see.
Ready to share it?
Use this list alongside the checks in your product editor.
- A title of at least three characters
- A description and an uploaded cover
- At least one saved, published lesson with content
- A supported currency and valid pricing
- All edits saved and the pre-launch checklist clear
Common questions.
Can I start with a draft and finish later?
Yes. Save Draft keeps the course unpublished while you work. Save lesson changes with Save Lesson and pricing changes with Save Pricing before leaving those steps.
Why is my course published but a lesson hidden?
Lessons have their own publication setting. Open the lesson, choose Published (Live), and select Save Lesson. Draft (Hidden) lessons stay hidden even when the course is published.
Can I offer a lesson as a free preview?
Yes. Enable Free Preview in the lesson editor and save the lesson. Review the content carefully: a free preview can be viewed without buying the course.
